Orders
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. When your order is dispatched, we’ll send another update with a tracking number. Finally, we’ll email you to request feedback on your experience with Nordic Light Design, helping us improve and serve you better.
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that items may ship separately and on different days. If there are any delays, we’ll inform you.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using our Tracking Service by entering your tracking number or 4-digit order number along with the email used for the purchase.
Tracking codes may take 5-7 business days to activate (10 days for custom and handmade fixtures). If you encounter further issues, contact our Customer Service team at info@nordiclightdesign.com. It’s normal for shipments to show no movement for a
few days, so please be patient.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time mentioned in our Shipping Policy, contact our Customer Service team at info@nordiclightdesign.com with your order confirmation number and item details.
For orders placed during sales or the holiday season, please allow extra time for delivery. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Payments
Our default currency is USD. You can switch currencies using the Currency Selector in the sidebar menu or the desktop header.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and offer local payment methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact. You can also use PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay for a faster checkout experience. Cash on delivery is not available.
Import taxes, duties, or tariffs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your country’s customs office and are not part of our shipping charges.
For exact costs, check with your local post or customs office. Nordic Light Design is not liable for these fees under any circumstances.
Products
Yes, many pendant lights and chandeliers can be installed on sloped or vaulted ceilings. Please email us at info@nordiclightdesign.com with a photo of your ceiling to confirm
compatibility before ordering.
Most of our fixtures have adjustable suspension wires. Check the product specifications on the respective product pages for details.
Some fixtures can be customized to suit your needs while maintaining their original design. Contact us at info@nordiclightdesign.com for customization inquiries. Note that
additional fees may apply for customized products.
Returns & Refunds
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, email us at info@nordiclightdesign.com with your full name, order number, and email address within 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will check if the order can be modified before dispatch and confirm any changes via email.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it once it arrives for a refund. Note that cancellation due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase must be requested within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer FREE worldwide shipping.
We’re an Estonian company sourcing products from vendors in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our main distribution hub is in Guangdong Province, near Hong Kong.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days and dispatched within 1-3 days, depending on workload. Our FREE Premium Shipping typically takes 10-30 business days. For detailed estimates, check our Shipping Policy.
Warranty
All fixtures include a two-year limited warranty. If you encounter any issues during this period, email us at info@nordiclightdesign.com for assistance. Replacement claims are
subject to our warranty guidelines.
