Dimensions are listed without the chain and ceiling canopy. The standard chain length is 30–50 cm. Longer chains are available upon request for an additional fee.

As a manufacturer, we are not limited by our standard production. If you like the design of one of our chandeliers but you want to adjust its size, number of bulbs, colours of the crystals and the metal parts, or completely change some parts of the lighting, we will customise it just for you.

Assembly

• Professional chandelier installation available upon request; pricing is determined individually.
• Nordic Light Design is only responsible for assembling the chandeliers. The client is responsible for:

1. Unloading the goods at the installation site (included only for ground-floor unloading; the driver is not obliged to assist).
2. Installing suitable hooks and threaded rods in ceilings/walls at their own expense according to manufacturer recommendations.
3. Providing appropriate scaffolding, ladders, and necessary tools (e.g., electric drill, drill bits, angle grinder).
4. Ensuring the presence of an electrician and a person familiar with the construction.
5. Informing Nordic Light Design about any building or electrical specifics (e.g., smart systems).

• Assembly price includes only travel, accommodation, labor, and food costs of the Nordic Light Design installation team.
• Client is responsible for compatibility with smart control systems.

Products

• All luminaires are handmade; slight variations in shape, color, or intensity are part of the craftsmanship.
• Each product is unique and custom-made from the start.

Customization

• Bespoke chandelier design and manufacturing available; pricing and lead times are agreed individually.
• Standard cable and chain length: 30–50 cm. Longer requirements may incur extra costs.

Prices & Packaging

• All prices are EX WORKS from our facility (excluding VAT, bulbs, installation, transport, customs, or duties).
• Bulbs are not included (due to different client preferences).
• Chandeliers are shipped disassembled with installation instructions.
• Standard packaging is included; special packaging quoted separately.
• Packaging belongs to the buyer; Nordic Light Design does not handle disposal.
• Drawings/renders may be subject to additional charges.
• Price offers are valid for two months from the offer date.

Transport Policy

• Prices exclude transport and full insurance.
• Basic shipping insurance included; full insurance available at additional cost.
• Clients must inspect goods upon delivery, document with photos, and notify Nordic Light Design immediately in case of damage.
• Nordic Light Design accepts no liability for damage during transport.

Shipping Times

• Standard products: 2–8 weeks depending on model.
• Custom products: lead time agreed individually.
• Transport time is not included in production time.

Payment Terms

• Payments by bank transfer only.
• 50% deposit required before production begins.
• Production starts upon receipt of the deposit.
• Any shortfall (e.g., bank fees) is added to the final payment.
• Orders shipped only after all invoices are fully paid.

Warranty

• Standard two-year warranty on all products.
• Warranty excludes damages during transport and issues from improper handling.

Certifications

• All products have valid CE certification.
• Additional certificates available upon request (may incur a fee).

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners.
• Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth or Swedish cloth only for chandeliers/wall lights.
• Power supply must be switched off during cleaning.
• Glass parts must never be washed in a dishwasher.
